Rarotonga Local Delivery

Local delivery is available throughout Rarotonga for a standard delivery fee of $5 NZD.

Orders valued at $250 NZD or more qualify for free local delivery unless otherwise stated during a promotional period.

Please provide your correct village, delivery location, Cook Islands contact number and any helpful delivery instructions when placing your order.

Cash on Delivery — Rarotonga Only

Customers selecting cash on delivery must provide a valid Cook Islands contact number and complete delivery information. We may contact you before dispatch to confirm your order and delivery location.

Please have the correct cash amount available when your order arrives. Orders may not be handed over until full payment has been received.

Outer Island Orders

Orders to eligible Outer Islands are welcomed; however, availability, delivery timeframes and transport arrangements may vary depending on the destination.

All Outer Island orders must be paid in full online at checkout. Cash on delivery is not available for Outer Island customers.

Additional freight, air cargo, sea freight or local transport charges may apply depending on the island, parcel size, parcel weight and available transport services.

If additional delivery arrangements or charges are required, we will contact you using the details provided with your order before dispatch.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared as quickly as possible after payment has been confirmed or, for eligible Rarotonga cash-on-delivery orders, after the order details have been verified.

Processing and delivery times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, public holidays, weather conditions, transport availability and your delivery location.

During product releases, website openings and promotional periods, please allow additional processing time due to increased demand.

Promotional Delivery Codes

THASTREETKIINGS may occasionally provide free-delivery codes or limited-time shipping promotions.

• Promotional codes must be entered correctly during checkout.
• Only one discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated.
• Some promotional codes may be limited to one use per customer.
• Promotions are valid only during the advertised period.
• All promotional offers are subject to product availability and while stocks last.
• Some delivery promotions may be limited to Rarotonga and may not cover additional Outer Island freight or transport costs unless specifically stated.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate contact and delivery information when placing an order.

THASTREETKIINGS is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details, missing information, an unavailable recipient or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Additional delivery charges may apply if an order must be delivered again because incorrect information was supplied or nobody was available to receive the order.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it is received.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible and provide your full name, order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where applicable.

All claims will be reviewed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Australia & New Zealand Shipping

Shipping to Australia and New Zealand will be introduced during a future stage of our expansion.

At this time, orders cannot be shipped to Australia, New Zealand or other international destinations.
