Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at ThaStreetKiings. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide the highest quality products and services. Please review our return and refund policy, which applies to merchandise, digital products, coaching services, and website development.

30-Day Return Policy for Merchandise

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.

To Start a Return: Contact us at support@thastreetkiings.com.au to initiate a return request. Once approved, we will send a return shipping label and instructions.

Digital Products – Non-Refundable

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases of digital items are non-refundable. We encourage you to review product details carefully before completing your purchase.

1-on-1 Coaching and Elite Program Refunds

Our coaching services and Elite Program are designed for serious, committed clients ready to make significant professional and financial investments. This high-value service is highly specialized, and, therefore, coaching fees are non-refundable.

Note: Refunds for the Elite Program will be considered only in exceptional cases, at our discretion, based on a thorough review of the situation.

Website Development Services

Our website development services are customized to meet each client’s unique needs and involve substantial time and resources. As such, all website development service fees are non-refundable once the project has commenced.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@thastreetkiings.com.au so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

For an exchange, please return the item according to the instructions above. Once accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the desired item.

Refunds for Merchandise

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund was approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at support@thastreetkiings.com.au.
