At THASTREETKIINGS, we want every order to arrive correctly and in good condition. This policy explains how refunds, exchanges and returns work for our streetwear and KIINGSFUEL products.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Clothing Exchanges
We may accept exchanges for THASTREETKIINGS clothing if the request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, clothing must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- In original condition
- With tags and packaging attached where applicable
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size or item is not available, we may offer store credit.
KIINGSFUEL Supplements
For health, hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened KIINGSFUEL supplement products cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
Unopened KIINGSFUEL products may be reviewed for return eligibility within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is sealed, unused and in original condition.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit or refund depending on the situation and product availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges or approved change-of-mind returns.
If the return is due to our error, or the item is confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will work with you on the best solution.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Opened KIINGSFUEL supplement products
- Used, worn or washed clothing
- Items without original packaging or tags where applicable
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or care instructions not being followed
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items, unless faulty
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been packed, shipped or fulfilled, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy removes or limits your rights under applicable consumer laws. Where a product is faulty, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a remedy.
